A Volvo FH 500 had just cleared the customs area on the A96 near Lindau at 07:18, heading west after crossing from Austria, when the driver misjudged a tight left bend on the approach road and clipped a concrete kerb section with the nearside front and the first trailer axle. Speed was low but the contact was hard enough to cause immediate pressure loss on both positions. LKWHelp24 was called from the A96 hard shoulder. A technician arrived in 53 minutes.
